- Our whole program is double edged. Not only do we do this because we are called to help the prisoner, but ultimately, this helps better the entire community, making it safer for all of us.
- The reentry process takes a minimum of 24 months, with the client actively participating in on-going programs for 3 - 5 years.
- We need to develop relationships with companies whose human resources departments will work with us to hire our clients through our monitoring with the job coaches.
- We need to develop relationships with multiple congregations for support, job coaches, and mentors.
- We need to partner with other agencies including, Victims Advocates, Corrections Officers, Community Leaders, The Prosecutor's Office, and more.
